About Me

Stacy graduated from the Massage Therapy Program at Centennial College in 2022 and became a member of the Bellesmere Massage Therapy team in 2023.

She holds a degree in Life Sciences from the University of Toronto (2018), with a double major in Human Biology and Psychology. With a long-standing passion for helping others, Stacy volunteered during her university years at several UHN (University Health Network) sites, including Toronto General Hospital, where she supported patients through recovery and rehabilitation. Inspired by the positive physical and mental transformations she witnessed, she shifted her career path from nursing—her original goal and her mother’s profession—to massage therapy, aiming to make a direct impact on people’s health and well-being.

Stacy also gained valuable experience working with diverse fitness levels at the Toronto Pan Am Sports Centre. She incorporates LISS (Low Intensity Steady State) cardio into her own wellness routine and emphasizes educating clients about their muscular systems. Her approach combines hands-on treatment with personalized exercise recommendations to support improved mobility and overall health. She takes pride in actively listening to each client’s concerns to tailor treatments to their unique needs.

A dedicated lifelong learner, Stacy frequently collaborates with colleagues to refine her techniques and explore new ones. She has a strong interest in the fascial system and thai massage and plans to pursue advanced studies in this area.
